Description
photo of John King's casebooks, King reused booklets and other small pads of paper for his cases and his scrapbook. He would either write on a scrap piece of paper and glue it in or he would write within the preexisting text. Additionally, a note on page 1 on the 1866-1868 – the casebook looks like it was a reference page for him. In the top left corner, you can see rates/quotes for charges from a doctor in New York.
